Announcing OpenHMI Citect Hardware and Software Bundles

Xycom Automation is pleased to provide the following OpenHMI Citect launch materials. These high performance bundles provide a competitive package that is sure to enhance your sales.

OpenHMI CIT industrial operator interface products combine industrial PCs from Xycom Automation with a full-featured HMI software package from Citect. These workstations provide a powerful package that can be used for applications ranging from simple operator input device replacement to supervisory and data acquisition (SCADA) applications.

These bundled products include the runtime pre-loaded and configured as well as the development system. This means that a separate development package is not needed at time of purchase. The software is licensed by use of a hard key, so if it is desired to use another computer for development, simply move the hard key to the new target computer.

OpenHMI CIT workstations are available from 7.7 inch to 15 inch with NEMA sealed front panels that offer keypads, touchscreens, integrated mouse, and/or combinations of these input devices. Even units approved for hazardous locations (Class 1 Division 2) are available. For low-end operator interface applications an AMD 5x86 133 MHz processor is available. For more advanced SCADA applications up to Intel Pentium III 850 MHz processors are available. OpenHMI CIT bundles are available to fit almost any factory automation application.

The software is the full-featured CitectSCADA version 5.41 from Citect. It is available in 500, 1500, 5000, and 50,000 External TAG count versions. All these packages allow unlimited internal TAGs, unlike many other packages, which include these types in their TAG count limits.
